Manager Zhang introduced: After the machine is installed by the merchant, the computer is currently being installed, that is, the system host needs to be further installed in each compound. "The next job is to debug each machine and computer, and enter the data on residential students in the compound," he said.
It is reported that the accommodation management center of the student apartment before the entrance of the 18th grade students adjusted the accommodation for 1500 non-graduates. The sea breeze and the sea sky, which were originally mixed-sex mixed courtyards, have been changed to ordinary student dormitory courtyards. The statistics of the compound after adding students need to be updated. Manager Zhang said that this work should be completed as much as possible this semester.
Deputy General Manager Zhang explained that the Student Apartment Service Management Center and the Finance Department jointly established a student apartment management system to integrate students' information and data in a large scale, and through data statistics, to achieve networking with the access control system.
At present, the student dormitory related information of the Student Apartment Service Management Center has been transferred to the Finance Department for system improvement. The next step is to confirm the list of college students by the college counselors.
Because the number of students is too large, the original student management system has some difficulties in management and there are hidden safety hazards. After the completion of this system, the safety index of the dormitory will be upgraded comprehensively.
After the construction of the system is completed, students can clearly understand the charging standards of their own courtyard through the system, and the system information is detailed to the dormitories and beds where the students live.
The purpose is to facilitate school management. For example, some senior students need to delay graduation due to credit problems. The residential management center needs to transfer the information of these students to re-arrange accommodation. Deputy General Manager Zhang said: "After the system is built, this work will be much simpler."
Secondly, the college counselor can understand the dormitory of the student in charge through the system, and understand the student's living status more comprehensively and accurately. Counselors can understand the situation of college students in and out of the courtyard through the system, which can reflect the student's living status from the side. For example, if a student does not leave the hospital for a few days, there may be absenteeism and truancy, or he may not like to socialize, and may have psychological problems.
