I. System Overview

According to the current increasing and increasing automation of community vehicle access management, it is convenient for community property management personnel to manage vehicle access. Using radio frequency technology, automatic control technology, network technology, and computer technology, an integrated community vehicle access management system has been developed. This system manages the vehicle exit in the community, records the information of vehicle entry and exit, and can query the print history; the long-range radio frequency technology is used to enable the vehicle to enter and exit the gate of the community without stopping, to avoid vehicle congestion during commuting due to card swiping. The system adapts to the doorway of the community as a single channel and one in and one out. According to the actual situation, the operation mode can be set to match the situation of the doorway.

System work

This system is designed for single-channel and one-in-one-out channels at the door of the residential area. The installation and operation methods are different.

2.1. The entrance of the residential area is one in and one out.

The doorway of the residential area is a one-in, one-out double aisle. Each lane is driving in one direction. Vehicles must follow the aisle in order to enter or leave the area normally.

2.1.1 System composition

The community vehicle access management system is mainly composed of readers, electronic tags, barriers , ground-sensing coil detectors, ground-sensing coils, system software, and management workstations.

1. The entrance channel contains equipment: readers, ground sense coil detectors, ground sense coils, barriers, etc.

2. The exit channel contains equipment: readers, ground sense coil detectors, ground sense coils, barriers, etc.

2.1.2 Installation method

Inductive coils are installed on both sides of the barrier of the barrier. The reader is connected to the controller of the barrier and the detector of the inductor. The data line of the reader is connected to the computer.

A reader / writer is installed at each of the entrance and exit passages, and is placed beside the place where the vehicle first passes.

The reader and the ground-sensing detector are connected: the reader has two sets of ground-sensing coil data lines, the first set of data lines is connected to the ground-sensing data output end of the vehicle entering the channel, and the second set of data lines is connected to the detection vehicle leaving the channel Ground sense data output is connected.

The connection between the reader and the gate controller: The reader has a set of gate controllers, which send the trigger signals of raising and lowering the lever to the gate.

2.1.3 Working principle

1. Vehicle entry: When the vehicle enters, the ground sense coil at the entrance can detect the arrival of the vehicle, and at the same time when the reader at the entrance reads the card, if the card has been authorized and valid, it is connected to the reader at the entrance. The entrance barrier automatically raises the railing to release the vehicle. If it is temporary parking, you need to register with the doorman before you can enter.

2. After the vehicle enters, the ground sense coil detector will sense that the vehicle has passed, and the railing will automatically fall back. The railing controller has the functions of anti-smashing cars and anti-truck following. If an invalid or expired card is used, an alarm will be triggered and no entry will be allowed. The system will record the owner's name, car number, parking number, model characteristics and other related information in the user card in the host.

3. Vehicle exit: When the vehicle exits the community, the ground sensing coil at the exit detects that a vehicle is leaving and the card is read by the reader at the exit, the system automatically judges the validity of the card before it is released. Otherwise, it will not be released. The temporary car reads the card at the exit of the reader, and the system will prompt the staff when the sensing coil at the exit detects that the vehicle is about to leave. The staff will take back the card and manually operate the software to release it. All information is stored on the system host for future statistics, query and printing

2.2 The gate of the residential area is single channel

5. Anti-smashing function: laying the ground sense coil to prevent the vehicle from falling down when the vehicle is under the barrier of the barrier.

6. Formal and temporary card management: used for community owners and foreign vehicles.
